I'm fortunate to have local walks across field, woodland and a nature reserve to enjoy during the current issues. This is from a walk on the marshy part of the nature reserve where the marsh, reed beds and natural vegetation are being allowed to re-wild as the water level has risen. The dead and dying trees are a result of the increasingly wetland conditions and now stand as gaunt skeletons above the reeds. I felt that monochrome brought out the starkness of the transition from vibrant reed bed to the trees being sacrificed to wetland.
