Max's Holiday Snaps

By LynneJoyce
For the past two weeks I have been looking after Max, my friends' dog. He is a lovely, lively Springer Spaniel who needs looooooads of exercise and I have been happy to facilitate that. We have had a wonderful time together not least because he has provided much needed companionship. He will be collected by his keepers tomorrow and return to his normal life with them. I will miss him terribly but I am sure that he will be delighted to return.

No doubt his keepers will have loads of holiday snaps from their trip to Italy so it occurred to me that I should provide them with a CD of Max's holiday snaps. This post contained a selection of them. In these photographs I have tried to capture Max's character and to reassure Kate and Gary that he has had a lovely holiday.

As ever the exif applies only to the opener/ Thank you for viewing and I hope that you enjoy these images as much as I enjoyed taking them.

He might not want to go home, Lynne.
Hope they live near enough for you to dog sit now and then.
Good pictures - they will be pleased with those.

Max even has made a new friend. I'm sure if he could talk, he would be constantly asking, lets go visit Auntie Lynne. He really does look like a very sweet dog.

A very happy dog judging by this set of images, Lynne, and what a time he is having out there in the wilds.
Some great action shots, the action frozen so well with the 1/800 sec. shutter.
Guess you may well miss him when he goes home.

Don't know which of you had the most fun - so glad he had you to look after him - your friends will be thrilled with the images.
I hope it is not long before you have a permanent new friend.

Delightful images of Max and I'm sure that his owners will be delighted to see them and how happy he has been with you Lynne. It's lovely that you were able to spend time together and enjoy each others company. And yes, I'm sure he'll be only too happy to return to you and relive the experience some time Smile
