Maxillaria meleagris

By adrian_w
After 2 years of TLC this tiny maxillaria has finally flowered. Flower is 3 cm from top to bottom.
For some reason the flower has tilted sidewayas instead of being vertical as they normally would be.
I was going to lift it up so that the black pot in the b/g was unseen but it was too small & delicate to do & wouldn't have been in the vertical plane.

It looks a beautiful orchid Adrian. Didn't know you nurtured flowers along.
