Kempo's right. It's digital post-production. I took 5 photos of me in different poses and positions with my camera on a tripod by the window. I used the 10 second delay timer so I had time to run into position and pose. I also had to make sure that nothing else in the frame moved and whatever I was holding had to be out of sight for the next picture. Then I uploaded them all onto my PC, opened Photoshop and copy&pasted them all together. A little bit of brightness control here and there sorts out any untidiness. Et voila

It was mothering Sunday and all you could think of was me me me, bloody selfish. Just joking.
Obviously digitally done. When doing with multi exposure, Ian is right you often get a ghost effect. To combat that Ian you need to reduce the exposure time for each shot to compensate for how many you are taking.
