An old first aid kit I have in my collection, wouldn't like to make use of it though !
Taken in daylight.
HDR image of 3 frames, each one stop apart combined in Lightroom and finished with a texture or two in Photoshop.

Constructive criticism and mods welcome.

I particularly like whatever you did to the lavender. Maybe that would be worth a shot in its own right? Maybe inserted into one of the bottles?
