They are all horrifying, and as a set have enormous impact.

Well shot all round.

While I appreciate the quality of the photography I am worried that it makes the place look too clean and nice. We all know it was a place where dreadful horrors took place on an almost unimaginable scale. How that can be portrayed by images taken on a present day tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau I don't know. These are excellent images and I commend you for visiting there but for me they don't convey what happened there.

Willie has made a clear and poignant statement!

Fine work which deserves a wide audience, especially NOW!

Time does dull the senses: as mentioned above, the images can't convey the real horror, the filth, smell and degradation of this place. However, we still need to take the photos because every time they are displayed we are reminded of what happened. Hopefully, we also are encouraged to vow that it will never happen again.
I'm not sure "favorite" is the right term - but #13 has a poignancy.

Having an overdose of empathy in my character I am not sure I would have the constitution to visit here, although I really think everyone should as a reminder of what happened, and what we must never allow to happen again.

As said above, perhaps 'favourite' is not the right word, but I find the most profound are the main image, 11,13 and 14.

Very well photographed, and a good choice with the starkness of black, white and grey.

This is a real hard set of stunning images to judge and to look at. The images themselves are top draw in there quality, the pov and the manner in which you have handled the whole subject. As a photographer I would be very proud to have produced any one of these images. The main problem like Phil above the whole subject provokes a feeling within each and everyone of us shame and horror.
We could never reproduce the evil that was carried out here and would never want to, but as a set of images to remind ourselves these pictures make the point at the very best level of photography.

Peter Adams said “great photography is about depth of feeling" and this is at the very top...

Excellent monos - I do like V13 as a reminder of the human lives lost.
These would probably make a good AV as they tell a story combined with what we know.
