One from the other week at Loch Lomond. Although near identical to one Ive put up, its actually the 2nd shot I took from the same spot Smile...

Ive processed this one differently and tried to be less "dark" with it and warm up the image little.

Going mad of late, just cant seem to get out for any decent light and not feeling that creative. Need to get back to what I like and go get lost in the wilds soon me thinks...

All the Best, Tommy

Looked at this and said Tommy! There's a real unique feel to this, it's as if I want to be sitting there right now, listening to those waves break on the shore. Good composition/use of the tree and I like the splash of sunset colours - beautiful take!

A lovely composition with great colours and detail. Although you don't say, it looks like an HDR due to the oversaturated yellows and reds. I think I'd back this off a tad to give it a more 'genuine' feel.

Thanks, I was trying hard to get detail in the stones without loosing the impact in the sky and keep the tree from looking wrong.

The glow in the sky works really well here to stop the image being too dark and sombre. Works well Tommy.

Love this shot, love this spot. If remember correctly (it was about 30 years ago) this is the spot where my grand fathers ashes were sprinkled by me and my dad. The sadness of the moment was quickly ended as me and my dad got a face full of the grandad having the last laugh me thinks.
