Miscellaneous 2

By woolybill1
Part of the external cladding of the Spetchells, Prudhoe's excellent civic building (2011) that the pandemic decreed would be scandalously little used when it is normally a hive of activity. The apparent stone insert is a reflection of the building opposite.

Thanks to everyone who voted and commented yesterday, and to Oliver and Koen for their esteemed awards.
Thanks for looking Smile

I thought it was a window through a window.
At Linlithgow Palace there is an outer wall were you can get shots of windows within windows within windows (I must try and find my shots of them)

Makes a splendid geometric abstract. Well seen, Bill.

Excellent, Bill. And a very good location for giving Covid jabs while it's otherwise redundant.

That would be brilliant, John. Unfortunately it is a small-ish library with two floors of offices and a couple of meeting rooms above. So instead we have a thirty-mile round trip at the week-end, providing the snow has stopped by then . . .

A lovely collection of geometric shapes and not a single one off plumb! Great composition and tones.

Looks like it was designed by a computer operated by an automaton.
All the charm of a nuclear bunker (at least those were hidden underground) Smile

All perfectly aligned. Cubed and squared away.
You have managed to make an otherwise unattractive detail intriguing and fetchy.. Smile
