Monday Mish Mash

By ChiliMan
Hereís a mix of images taken yesterday while my parents and I went out for a drive.

1-2: Along this road beset by jungle, monkeys are common. Too common, sometimes, and can be a nuiscance when they encroach upon the road. Canít blame them. There are big signs saying DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS but some monkeys in cars who drive by donít listen. The main guyís upper lip here looks damaged. Maybe was in a fight? Poor fella Sad

3: Some tree bark which I liked.

4: While waiting for my mum to nick a couple of fern saplings, I spotted this tiny leaf on the windshield. I reached out, brought it in and placed in on my left thigh. The background you see is my jeans.

5: Some beautiful ferns.

6: An interesting little spider who co-existed peacefully with those ants on an ixora bush.

Hope you like the mish mash Smile

What cheeky monkeys. They sit there looking so sweet and innocent. Smile Love the ferns too.

You're like a breath of fresh air, Andrew. You take us out for the day, along with your parents, and show us monkeys, tree bark, a leaf, some ferns and a spider. You have brought me right down to earth from something that has bothered me all day, and now seems so unimportant. Many thanks.
Love that spider!

Wow...I'm so glad I managed to do that, Pamela! I hope the bothersome thing doesn't rear its head again.

Certainly a varied selection here Andrew !!
Had me worried with the leaf in V4 as I expected
you in a naked pose with a strategically placed leaf.
Especially,with such a small leaf !!
Great set.

A very nice set of what you seen that day. Love the monkeys, they seem to tame but I can understand them being a nuisance.............Sandy

Thanks for the botanicals comment, Jennnn Smile

Carol, I have to say I'm not a fan of monkeys. But this time, I thought I'd make use of the photo

Mick, I appreciate the last line of your comment being "Great set". How you know, I have no idea. Note to self: Must close curtains.
