If I park at the big car park opposite the house, is there a designated path to the top of Winnats pass?

Well I tend to get into Castleton early Ray and park around the church, follow the path to Cavedale which takes you beneath Peveril castle. Continue up the valley and take a right at the gate, follow the high ground and over a couple of stiles by a farm which eventually brings you to the top of Winnats.
I suggest consulting a map, it must be at least 4 miles round trip or felt like it carrying full kit and tripod WinkWink enjoy !
