An opposite problem--my daughter lives in Florida where the weather has been unseasonable cold this year-- I sent her a sweater for her basenji---who seems very grateful and willing when she needs to wear it--but---just think of dressing Ansel and Alfred--for snow play-- and then undressing them as well as your self?

I've just walked to a local super market and back with two bags of shopping.
When I walked in the house it felt like I was inside an oven.
I chucked off all of my layers and stood in just a singlet and pants to cool down for a while.
And no, there are no photograph's.

Woke up to the same here this morning, Lynne, about the same depth too ❄ It's about the 5th or 6th time this year, though has been only a few millimetres. As you say, it looks nice gazing out the window or in other's images, but not much fun to walk about in - I'm always afraid of slipping and falling, and possibly breaking bones, something I was good at when I was much younger! 😳 A fine collection from your mini outing 😃👍

Just had our first real snow today - intended to go out for a walk but things transpired to prevent that,
so a quick walk to bottom of the garden was all I managed!
Yes it is lovely at first then just a nuisance.
