A pretty straightforward mod this time.
Adjusted white balance automatically, added fill in light, increased exposure one stop then into CS5 and increased tone. vibrancy and sharpened.

Not sure about the content here. What is the subject - posts, building? You need a more obvious focal point to rest the eye upon.

Thanks guys. Jester, what did you use to adjust the photo? Paul, I can see what you mean, I was aiming to get feedback like this, ty.

Sorry Philip, I should have said in the first place.

I opened your shot in Lightroom 3 where I adjusted the white balance, I simply clicked on "auto". I also used LR to increase the exposure and fill light, just a little, then into Photoshop CS5 where I increased the tone, again clicked on "auto", increased the vibrancy, again by a little. Then sharpened, still in CS5, using the unsharp mask; amount 50%, radius 1 pixel, threshold 10.
My intention was to bring out some warmth in the image. It was obviously taken in the evening, the shadows tel me that so a softer warmer caste seemed in order to give the impression that there's a setting sun out of shot.
I've lost a little detail in the process but you could probably avoid that if you were to work on the original, larger file where you'd have more control, and time, of course.

Hope this helps,
