Morning Has Broken

One from an early morning walk along the River Ribble in search of kingfishers. The hill covered by the morning haze for those of you not familiar with the area is Pendle Hill, notorious for witchcraft in the 17th Century. A popular area for ghost hunters I am told, not that we saw any at 05:45 in the morning.

Superb early day and atmospheric shot: the mist and the colouring is breathtaking.
