Works a treat for me, I really like the 'balance' in this shot

Balance is a good word - white cow/white moon, divider between up there and down here.
very effective.

LOL @ Gary, by 10 am I had gone to bed!, I took this on my way home after a 12 hour night shift at about 8am, took a wee detour for some snaps then home & bed!!

Cracker shot Joe! Where have all the bikes gone.......
Cows aren't as fast as moving as bikes. I take it the old reflexes are slowing down, old boy : )

Joe, I don't know if a polariser would have worked, but I did a mod to show what it might have done. I love this shot, with the mist, and great composition. Good work.

heya joe.

do you ever take a bad photo? :o)

i love the surreal feel this has to it, a daylight moon, the light fog and grass that looks fluid.

fine composition too, hope you're well mate. ads :o)

When I first saw the thumbnail, I thought you had a cow walking on water.

That mist is quite eery and the moon detail really adds to the picture.

Works for me too, especially like the misty / frosty feel to it...

This is really nice Joe, captured that cold morning feel very well, is that dew or frost on the grass?

Cheers Rob, I pondered over it for weeks then decided that to give myself a fresh 'boost' & more challenges to make me get out & take a lot more pics, I would have a complete clear out & start again (there will probably be a few less bikes, relatively speaking, but as they are something I'm passionate about I will be posting some!). I left a 'thank you' note on my profile for everyone who had commented on my previous shots & I did save the web pages & comments before deleting them.

Just have to see if I can 'tickle pete's fancy' (to coin a phrase) with other photos and see if he considers any of them to be 'EC' material!

Many thanks again for your comments.
