Morning walk.

By franken
I went for a short walk to a nearby beach last Saturday morning. The weather was changeable but dry and it resulted in a few interesting skies.

This is Cold Nap and it's about fifteen minutes walk from where I live or much less than that if you're fit!

I don't know who the woman is who's sitting on a bench.

The tower thing that can been seen in versions 4 & 7 measures the tide. The Bristol channel has one of the highest tides in the world and when it's in it almost covers the tower.

A plane can be seen heading to nearby Cardiff airport in version 6

The last one is of Cold Nap lake that's artificial and in the shape of a Welsh harp.

Cold nap was used by the romans as a port.

After today I'll not be around for a little while.

Looks like a perfect spot to sit and watch the clouds and the light on the water.
A fine selection, Ken, well composed and all different. V5 holds the most appeal for me.
