He was employing his large DSLR to make a video as you can tell by how he is holding it. He was momentarily distracted by 'something'. That 'something' was me, of course. Shooting photographers while they are shooting presents a fun opportunity. Sometimes it leads to a chat. When photographing a street shooter I have often learned a great deal from the chat that often follows. Good shooting, everyone.
