Mr Red

Hi Everyone

HAPPY NEW YEAR, I hope 2017 is excellent for you all.

It's been a while, sadly life gets in the way.
This was taken near Derwent Reservoir where the Red Squirrels appear to be doing well.
I actually found them by accident. Having gone down to the reservoir and getting told off by a Ranger (that's another story) I decided to return to the car via a different route. Great idea at the time, right up until I got completely lost. I spotted a clearing in the woods and there was a lady with a camera, so I decided to the unthinkable and ask her if she had seen my car. Horror struck when she laughed and said "Is that yours there". Erm yeah!!! I was about 30feet from it, call myself a photographer, alot of good that is waltzing around with my eyes shut.
Anyway, it led me to find the Red Squirrels which are fantastic to watch.
