Mt. Diablo (3)

By TyChee
Another view from Mt Diablo. The twisty road to the top is pretty challenging. (look to the midground in this photo and you can see some of the turns for yourself) In the summer sports car clubs have meetings at the top. On time I was there and a Morgan Club was having a meet. U had never seen so many 3 wheeled cars in one place.

A few of you were asking if the sky was really that blue to the naked eye. The answer is yes.

PLEASE VIEW LARGE (Plus F11)

Thank you for stopping by.

Ty

I love the sense of scale when this is viewed large.

Absolute classic, the top perfectly symmetrical, working down to those rolling curves below. Love this one.

This view is awesome Ty, but viewing it in the large version is off the scale.....wow...
I so love that flare.

Gorgeous scene, beautifully composed...But they've already said that, so I'll concentrate on the Morgan 3-wheeler instead... I finished reading a full history just yesterday. Standard versions could easily climb a 1 in 4 hill in low gear, which is about what I can do (on footSmile) and racers eventually exceeded 100 mph... the thought of a herd of them all together is music!

Great shot, Ty. Hope we can look forward to a Morgan shot. I had no idea they were a hit in the states!

Wow, what a beautiful view of the countryside from up there, and to get the sun in the picture without upsetting the exposure elsewhere is quite a feat.

Fantastic shot. And the sun in your eye doesn't affect the rest of the pic too...that's something!
