Put a grad filter over the sky in processing, Paul.

Actually I dropped my flashgun into the damn stuff and then nearly fell in, camera, tripod and all! The weed here is not to be underestimated - me leg went down about a foot into the ****dy stuff. I'd recommend either snowshoes or body armour. Wink

thanks everyone for your kind comments!

Hi Goggz

Its the cemetery im trying to highlight not the graves. I disagree that there is too much sky, I wanted to feel as thought Gods looking down on them. You cant read the name very well as your not supposed to read it, the full soldiers name has been lengthened to overlap the image, even more concealed was when a texture was applied to it. Also i didnt want the name on the soldiers graves, which only left the sky, and if the sky's reduced anymore then there wouldnt be room, im afraid im only a novice, I only put my images up for fun.

Have a nice day

Just in case you're wondering about the above comment folks, it was about comments I made on an image of Grahams. His p/f is worth a look if you have the time.

It might be ****dy stuff, but I think in this image it is the icing on the cake - not that I would like it to be that in real life!!!
Very good composition and as always, the time chosen to take this image was obviously the best. Great light and atmosphere!
