Murre or Murrelette?

By tonyguitar
Because of the transition moult, I can not seem to ident this diving marine bird in spite of three guides at my elbow. Funny how he shovels water with his webbed foot. He is new to me and I'm delighted to catch his image. Beak seems long for a Murre.
