My Best Friend's Wedding 3

By ChiliMan
Pic 3 out of 3

This is when the happy couple arrived at the hotel for the reception.

Check out Karen's posy. Is that what the bouquet is called? Anywho, it was made by Karen's best friend Claire (she lives next door to where Karen grew up and they've been friends for over 25 years) who's a florist. An utter genius at flower arranging, she spent 3 and a half hours making that posy and making it perfect. Claire also did ALL the other flower arrangements, from the big ones in the lobby to the centre pieces for the tables and the long centre piece for the head table. Claire was so nervous 'cos she wanted everthing to be perfect for Karen. She needn't have worried. All the arrangements looked like they fell from heaven. I kid you not. Claire's one dedicated best friend, I tell ya. I'd heard lots about her through Karen over email but last weekend was the first time I'd met her in person. She's one lovely lady. Met her fiance Mark too and he's one of the nicest guys I've ever met. It's no wonder last weekend went as perfectly as it did - Karen's surrounded by the loveliest people.

Ok ok ok...enough gushing!! *embarrassed smile*

Hi Andrew,
I have loved these three images that you've put up for us all to enjoy.
You have a very beautiful friend & she was an equally beautiful bride, her groom must have been very proud.
I agree with you about the bouquet, I would have loved to have been able to photograph those flowers myself.
Take care & enjoy yourself.
