My First

By Poolie_Girl
My first ever published photograph!

I have wanted to try my hand at football photography for quiet some time. Last night Frank Reid ( was fourth official for Hartlepool United reserves vs Doncaster Rovers reserves so I went along to see what I could get. I had a great time and enjoyed it a lot getting some pictures I was really happy with considering it was my first time. Now today this picture has appeared in our local evening paper the Hartlepool Mail along with a lovely little line saying I took it!

Even if some of you don't like football or action photographs aren't you thing, I just had to share this one with you all because I am so happy!

A good action shot and so important to get the ball in the picture space. Good use of fast shutter speed. You must be thrilled as I can remember my first football publication. I think more people will say they liked this photograph than were at the match.
