My First Skylark of 2013

By brian1208
I always feel that Spring is in the air when the Skylarks arrive on Hengistbury Head so was delighted to hear its song this morning. There were about 6 off them pottering about in the carpark but this one I shot in the middle of the nature reserve field.

A bit shaky as it was hand-held with the Tamron 500 at extreme range, so its a large crop which exagerates the effect but I hope it pleases you as much as it did me Smile

(Oh - and I must write out 100 times - check the view-finder adjustment before shooting, I found out afterwards it was two clicks off - hence the slight front focus Tongue )
