My Miranda cameras

By altitude50
These are the Miranda 35mm SLR that I have collected so far.
The Soligor TM was made by Miranda in about 1974. The rare one is the Miranda RS at the back, right. Only 2500 were made of this model and it is a simplified RE with no exposure metering. (Good for a collector, no battery to worry about.)
They are all in good clean working condition and useable.

Not to be confused with the later Mirandas from Dixons shops.

Beautiful display here, Miranda made fine cameras. Used to hanker after a Miranda T with a Zunow 1.9 lens. Not these days though 🙂🙂

Not mainstream, but I have a memory. I even knew someone who owned a pair, I think, long ago. Was there a model with interchangeable viewfinders, or is my memory playing me false?

John, yes the early Miranda range all had interchangeable viewfinders, about 4 different types, of which I have a couple, plus there were some prisms with cds exposure meters built in, I havent found one of these that I liked yet.
They were a good solid camera on a level with Nikon.
