My Own Private Mauerweg (10)

By GwailoAngMo
This is the last photo in this sequence as journey’s end was only a short distance away. We finally crossed over the Spree via the Schillingbrücke which brought us to the Ostbahnhof. The area had changed quite a bit. Eleven years on we saw this.

Traumwohnungen zu verkaufen.

Traumwohnungen indeed. I should have been born rich. One of those is mine. You know it too.

Thank you for following the journey and the encouraging thumbs up. These are not images designed to set the world alight but to record and share the ever changing face of an older city reborn still being formed into something new. And we can do that with our eyes, our wits, and our cameras.

Going for the colour in this one...again! What is happening, I always choose B/W? Wink

I like how the bricks tone with the salmon pink, modern building and those lovely wavy balconies.
