This building always reminded us of American buildings, usually some sort of manufacturing business or even a newspaper. It stands opposite the Axel Springer building, which was behind me as I took the shot, at the end of the Zimmerstraße. The plot of wasteland has recently become the site of the new Axel Springer building. The Axel Springer business now has a foothold as both Ostie and Westie.
