Simple bit first. It can take a while for the site to catch up with new cameras. Just report it to support as a technical issue.
I do rather feel that there may be a little bit too much in the frame here. I'm a great fan of Colin Prior's panoramic landscapes, because he finds ways to relate the elements to each other, so that your eye flows across the frame, maybe eddying around a bit. But there's always that flow. Panoramas need that in a way that an ordinary frame doesn't, because you need to have multiple elements to fill the space.
In this case, I think there are pictures to be made of the rocks on the left, or of the river itself.
Is there a slight tilt? It's hard to be sure, because of the converging verticals, but the waterfall looks a bit skewed.
