You'd have thought the decorator would have cleaned his shoes before coming in!!

Excellent movement and anticipation in the young girl. Her feet position are so well aligned for the footmarks.

What an opportunity! Those "footprints" are begging for a photo like this. However this moment in time was created; through planning or serendipity, it's fabulous that you got it. A child running, along the path - what could be finer?

Actually, a lot of patience! We were involved in the Christmas fair on the first floor of the library building, I went down, positioned myself on the floor beside a bookcase and waited. And waited. And waited...
Later on one of the organisers 'borrowed' a couple of children to pose for me but they were very shy and the result wasn't nearly as satisfying as this.
Cheers everyone,
Moira

How funny!! Like the title very much (and the pic as well, of course).

Ciao,

Hi Moira, love the way the diagonal f/prints cross the diagonal carpet pattern. Likewise the 3 static figures, oppose the child's movement. Her lft foot an only have been off the floor for a fraction of a second, and you got it! Si.
