Navigator Capricorn

By Potra
Oil tankers and other large vessel must pass under the bridge which helps in explaining the sheer size of its columns. I will post more of this marvel of architecture. Thanks so much for your kind comments and warm messages.
Hugs to all,
PS: The largest portion of the Venezuelan petroleum goes out through this strait.
The lake's water is neither fresh nor salty but both! Smile

yes you can see why the large structure
when I lived in Amsterdam the bridges just opened up
These ships are slightly larger and dont think the bridges could stay open that long.

The close up of the tanker makes it looks positively large compared with
yesterday's boats. Yet that bridge still towers above all.
