That's a very suntanned cyclist. The trouble with cell phones, the person doesn't pay attention to whats around them. The cyclist does. A very good candid Ivor.

I think that for most people (there are some exceptions, of course) the needed use of mobile is not over the 5% of the use they do. This is enough to understand what happens... A great candid, Ivor!
