I recognised the subject (and I found similar hearts in barbed wire coils a while ago - tension plus links). I do prefer this, it has a private sense, away from the bright lights.

Super and very strong composition: railings leading in and round, the old wheels both filling a gap and balancing the dark sky in the corner diagonally opposite and contrasting with the white netting to keep the eye fulliy in the picture rather than wandering out to the right, focus fading perceptibly but gradually into the b/g leaving the buildings and lights recognisable but not dominating. Despite the relative insignificance of the content the image just screams out Look at me! The culmination of a series transforming darkness into light . . . .
