A return to a week last Wednesday, for another image of these beautiful New Forest ponies
Just managed to fit her in the frame - as fast as I was stepping back, she was trotting toward meSmile

Many thanks to Derek (DerekL), for his coveted award given to my latest Common Blue
Cheers mate - maybe see you for the Owls?Wink

I felt like stepping back, too!
I do like the way you've taken this, head-on with eye contact, and just a slight suggestion of movement in the feet.
She looks pregnant at this angle!? Love the sharpness of the whiskers and mane.

you got more b...s than me.. I would have been quite scared.. I can deal with water monitors but a full size horse ... would have sent me to fast retreat!
great shot and I hope you are well.

A splendid shot;
I agree with PamelaJean she does look pregnant, or very very well fed!

You never have any problems in attracting the fillies Adie, it must be a combination of that Brut Aftershave and your animal magnetism!WinkGrinTongue Another fine addition to the series on New Forest ponies, I reckon she must have caught sight of some of the apples and fresh fruit you'd brought with you for your lunch!Smile

Excellent framing ADRIAN - I've been in that position too with a wild Irish pony!
Beautiful colour and I love the white streak in face.

She looks very sweet, like she wants to check you over for treats. And, yes, she does look in foal. A lovely shot.

A fine face-on capture, Adrian, won't be long before she drops her foal. Bright sunny start, 15C at 7am this morning. Carol
