new generation

By elousteve
A new generation of collectors of unwanted visitors to my garden. I will have a new job. I will save young thrushes in the garden when they learn to fly. Otherwise, they will end up like the food of cheeky stray cats. It is repeated every year. I am part of this cycle in nature ... as an observer, as well as a savior of new life. More photos in my portfolio.

Lovely image with the light across the birds face. You are a very nice man to give the birds a helping hand. Debs

Beautiful work and excellent image. The cats and magpies take our baby birds.

"Daddy?"

And the next thing you know it's, "Can I have the keys to the car?"

I think it is instinctive to protect new life, even of things we kill later.
