Night Light

By achieverswales
Hi everyone!
Still alive and kicking, I took my Wife up too Llandudno last week for a few days as I wanted some time alone with her, my Sons wedding went great but I had to come away early because I was in pain, it did not stop everyone enjoying themselves from the feedback I have had, this photo was taken from our hotel balcony the Grand Hotel not one I would ask my enemy to stay at see my report on Trip Advisor just put in the grand hotel Llandudno, we had some great weather and visited Anglesey and Snowdonia, more photos later, it is three days and I have been pain free, so hoping this keeps up as my next appointment with my Surgeon is on the 2nd September and then it will be decided on the operation so fingers crossed for me.

What a great surprise to see your name again.
I was thinking about you on 17th hoping you'd make it through the day.
Great to hear you're having a few days reprieve - hope all goes well if surgery takes place.
The image is fantastic - how on earth did you capture that moon?
The lights and reflections are amazing.
We've missed all your good critiques.

Good to hear from you again, Trev. Just read your hotel write up. Sounds like a very similar situation the the Grand in Scarborough was in a few years ago.... and got on TV for it!!

Superb low light detail, and from your hotel.

A few people have asked how the moon is so large, I used two lenses! first a Nikon 12-24 to get in all the bay, then a Nikon 70-300 to take the moon, I blended the two images in Photoshop, the light on the water was from the moon in the first shot.
