Night-time on Mermaid Street, Rye

A re-working of a straight image I uploaded some time ago. Not actually taken at night-time - the original image was taken during daytime, 11:06 a.m. to be exact! Thought it made a suitable subject for a bit of faffing to turn the day into night; the last day to night image I uploaded was back in September 2020. Not quite up to the 'Queen of Day to Night' (fefe / aka Diane) standard, but great fun to do and pass some time on! 😃 The original image as shot is shown in the version.

Raw image processed in Adobe Camera Raw, tweaked in Nik Collection's plugins, and Photoshop Elements 2020.

Very good faffery, Trev, a great conversion here. Would like to see a version with brown filter as well as this blue one. Ideal location for this with the cobbles and medieval buildings Well done 😀

Fabulous Trev, I hadn't even logged on an I spotted this in the thumbnails.
Might be a touch blue/aqua but it is still a wonderful job!

Nicely done Trev, I'd have gone for a smaller moon and a bit of yellow in the windows, but lovely image, well worth the effort!

I like the moon and your composition. Your faffing is very clever but maybe the blue is a little too bright. Having said that I would never even attempt to do what you have done!

Excellent work Trev, your manipulation gave it a magical mood but I also enjoy the realistic version with those lovely details on the buildings.
