I like the tone you have used on this gives it a real old feel ive enlarged it on my pc and i can see a head of a man on the curtain, but do feel it could be explained as when you go bigger it dissapears i think its like a pattern in the fabric but do agree i can see it.

Now that's a proper Hospital ward that is (ghost and all).
Brings back all sorts of memories and the sepia toning fits it well in my view.
(Reminds me of the one I spent several months in during the early '60s, being "repaired" after a motorcycle accident.)
