Technically speaking a slightly better shot than yesterday's Nutty post as I ramped up the ISO in order to allow a faster shutter for that aperture.
For any newbies here - irrespective of subject for the moment, you will generally reduce the risk of soft images by following the "rule of reciprocity"
This simply means that the shutter speed should be at least as fast as the reciprocal of the focal length.
Here I was using a 300mm lens on a full-frame so the shutter speed should have been at least 1/300s.
If using a crop-sensor camera such as a Canon 7D then the shutter speed should be at least the reciprocal of 300mm x 1.6.
