Non molto accadendo oggi…!

By TrevBatWCC
...or, 'Not much happening today...!' Back in Piazza Navona, one of Rome's largest - and busiest - piazzas, as well as having some of the city's most expensive restaurants, it's very popular with artists selling their work. These two characters don't seem to be doing much, though! Wink I rather like the closer view of the two artists in V1, but included V2 showing the wider view of the piazza.
Thanks again to Trevor Owen (achieverswales) for his UA on my last upload, Campo de' Fiori Smile
And a Very Happy Birthday to Lillian King, too! Smile

Single Raw images processed in Adobe Camera Raw, tweaked in Photomatix Pro and Photoshop Elements 11.

Thanks again to everyone for your votes & comments on my previous uploads, it really is appreciated and encouraging.

I like both equally, Trev: good close-up candid in V 1 of the patient artists hoping for a sale, and as you say, the bigger scene is depicted in V 2.
Shooting from behind in V 1 shows off their end product so well too.

V1 for me Trev, more of an HDR feel to this one, as an HDR fan I like the detail and tones it produces, you get excellent results with your technique.

Both good both have something the other does not, so half each, fav v1

V1 Trev. The artist on the right seems to be viewing his neighbour's efforts with a good deal of jealousy!

Two wonderfully observed and captured scenes. "I can't think of anything worse than sitting back and admiring your work all day?".

A fine pair and a difficult choice! I think I'll go with V1 for the faces and the close up detail.

I really like the scene Trev, reminds me a little of Montmatre in Paris, infact I have a picture from there that looks remarkably like the artist in the blue shirt Smile
