Can't be a Norwegian Blue - that's a parrot.

Wonderful colour, Jason. Had a look for it as well - found some more images but none named Sad

Here, we would identify this as one of the spread wings as it wings are shorter that its tail. The colors suggest it is not yet mature, which is why you have not found an ID
