Not so sure..

St Ives bay in Cornwall taken at lunchtime a day before the arrival of Hurricane Abigail was being mentioned on the news...

The wind was ferocious moving me several feet on the cliff top, thankfully I was a good 10' from the edge but it was still an unnerving moment & this is also what I felt this chap was feeling as the waves came crashing in off the Atlantic with real force...

To his credit he went out, he tried.....but failed miserably the elements were just to strong for him...

Thanks for looking comments welcome...

Brilliant. I love everything about this from its composition to the wonderfully timed capture of the tumbling surf.

Thanks for sharing Steve.

WOW.....Thanks so much for the UA Nathan I am very pleased with that & your comments too....

It did take a few shots to get this just right & I was very lucky that his deliberation to go into the crashing surf took a minute or too...but I knew what I wanted from the shot & was glad to have got it..

Thanks again,
