Thanks Cathy. I was keeping an eye on them, though. Earlier on I nearly got one, but another flew over and warned it off. They have great team-work. The other day we watched them seeing off a (smallish) bird of prey - didn't have time to see what it was, the jackdaws were so quick to chase it off.
