Nothing changes

By Drighlynne
Thank you for the votes and comments on my last upload, they are greatly appreciated.

If you view this image large you will see the date 18th December 1994, so nothing has changed, we still have people living on the streets. Taken at the Edinburgh Gallery of Modern Art. This is part of Eduardo Paolozzi's 'studio'.
