Nungate Bridge

By KingBee
Finally getting around to field-testing my new X-T3/10-24 combo, and this is a simple view - nothing special; just a view I happen to like - of one of my favourite locations locally, the very old Nungate Bridge in Haddington. This image started off life as a compressed lossless raw file which was imported into Cap 1 Express for Fuji, exported to disk as a 16-bit TIFF then given some very light tonal processing in DxO. No sharpening has been applied, which I guess is testament to the 10-24's resolving power: it's reputation appears to be well-deserved.

Familiarity does not breed contempt, whatever the saying says.
And that looks to be a fine sensor/lens combination!

A very pleasing rural scene, Bob. It would appear that you are already liking that body/lens combination. I thought you would...look forward to seeing more...
A good result from your new set up Bob. Lovely scene, excellent composition and perfectly presented.
