Oh Yeah, That Hits The Spot.

I saw this pony obviously needing a scratch, so I took several shots of it hooking it's back legs over the gate post to get to that awkward spot.

I've had a play with this in PS CS2 using the channel mixer to turn this into a mono. Aprox. 120% red, 54% green, -84 blue and the constant set at -20-30ish.

The Sigma has created converging verticals. I sorted this out using the perspective option, but the pony's head looked over-sized and out of proportion so I chose the original shot.

Converging verticals can add real drama to an angle, as in this shot, I like it.
