Old, New, Borrowed & Blue ...

By sut68
A break from the kitten shots and back to one from the honeymoon, taken in the grand company of my missus and the genial giant that is Phil Crowder Smile

I'd waited for the light for a while to break the low cloud bank and cast a golden glow over these reeds [and boat] ... thankfully I was rewarded. The boat was old, the day was new, I was borrowing Fran's polariser and the boat was tied up with a blue rope ... a fitting title methinks Wink

0.6 ND Grad [hard] + B+W Polariser.

Cheers for looking in, just off to put dinner on and mess about with the kitties for a while ... see you soon.

Wonderful combination of complimentary colours and light, plus well composed, as per Mr S.

Great image Paul. Love the simplicity of the shapes and colour combinations. I must have been very near that boat on Saturday (in response to Phil's advice) but didn't see it. I'll have to go back with my wellies soon.
