A perfectly good detailed image with tones well controlled. I would crop a touch to balance the borders on each edge. Yu have done well but this is not macro, it's a close up. Carping a bit I know, but need to get the terminology right. ALL macro lenses are fixed focal length, not zooms despite what the manufacturers call them. You must have used a tripod at such a slow shutter speed and all record work should, ideally, be at the lowest possible ISO for maximum quality.

Good idea not to use flash.

Its well done overall. You could use a wider aperture, as the subject is essentially flash, and not have used a -1 to have the image a little brighter.

The mod is brighter, cropped, and sharpened.
