On my Blackberry.

By ddolfelin
I took about 200 pics yesterday with the Canon and I'm impressed.
I may even buy one, but not until I've sorted the issue of uploading to the Mac.
My pic for Silly Sunday is by way of a test to see if the pin sharp images I thought I was getting are a reality.

I get a lot of e-mails saying "on my blackberry".
Who cares? As long as it arrives it makes no difference if the senders are on their coffee break.
Just to show they can afford a Blackberry I suppose.

They look wonderful fruit, Peter, the blackberries that grow here are only marble sized at best, and not worth picking Sad. Think you'll be enjoying your blackberry and apple pie before long Smile Carol

Yummy. I love these. My morning walk with my dog when we are in the north is slowed down considerably by these ....Grin

Thanks, all.

You'll notice that someone had passed that way before me.
I was very pleased that my exercise in depth of field was spot on.
With staggered subjects like the blackberries, it's easy to see the results.

Love the juice - not so sure about the seeds and the bugs but I'll manage.
Brilliant image, although I use a Nikon, I think if this is the kind of image you can get using a Canon then go for it.

ANNOUNCEMENT
I will be off the air Tuesday and probably Wednesday (I can hear the cheers from here) as the whole electrical supply to the village is being replaced.
The way the wind is blowing this morning it might happen sooner.

Well you're doing a great advert for the Canon60D.
I was taking pics of berries recently too but nowhere as good as these.
The berries look 3D - great work young man.

Sorry, Kate.
Not guilty on this occasion (only because Mollycat thought of it first).
As for your berries - your portfolio generally is among the best on here so no false modesty, thank you.
... and you're only a young slip of a thing yourself.
(Thinks: That's a few more votes for me.)

Not sure why you are taking photos of them when you could be eating them, but it's all about priorities!

A blackberry a day keeps the Doctor away.
An onion a day keeps everyone away.

Of course I got to say you should rather get a Nikon but the I'm not Catholic and I don't s**t in the forest either. Although that might happen after eating too many of those delicious berries.
yours look really juice and far more delicious than a phone!
If it is cheap buy it, I have never bought a new camera in my life.. that is the way to go, get yesterday's pro model and enjoy.

The degravitisation of the wooden poles is the hard part (no giggling at the back).
They are replacing wooden poles with metal types with the cable inside to prevent theft.

This is not the inner city - this is a very rural village with 30 houses - 6 miles from the nearest small town.
If the cable thieves arrived here they would have a surprise.
Apart from the fact everyone has a shotgun, there are some very alert (and large) dogs about at all hours.

Thanks Lynnie - you could have written that without the laughing smileys!
