Great image of this beautiful young lady.
The mod is more to do with the background.
I added some mist then a small amount of noise.
Did small colour toning and noise reduction to reduce the added noise.
Last I added an inverse reflective black to clear gradient set at 0. Change blend to Linear and reduced fill to about 10%.
This was to bring some balance to the black while still keeping the red and blue on either side of the dress.
Hope you like it and it gives you some ideas. I also thought the didn't need any adjustments.
