Have a great weekend and thanks for dropping by.
A beautifully composed seascape shot with fine f/g interest, light and colours......has a very natural look, Alun.
Beautiful image Alun. Such wonderful colour and clarity..............Sandy
Wonderfully done, have a good weekend yourself,
Cracking pic .good detail on the rock love the sky ...
beautiful Alun, i do forget that nash can be a good place at low tide, this is stunning.
I love portrait compositions Alun and this is no exception. Terrific colour and clarity.
Brillant Image, lovely coulours.
Many thanks to you all. In case anyone is wondering the spike-like thingy on the horizon is a buoy that clangs out its warning bell as it sits above a lethal sand and rock ledge. In 1831 the paddle steamer, 'Frolic' was lost here with everyone aboard. The following year two lighthouses were errected on the cliffs above. Nash Point remains both beautiful and dispassionately terrible to the unwary and complacent.
a great composition, a real stunner.
hi alun a fab capture spotted that old buoy yes a wonderful strech of coast a few fishermen have lost there lives mostly at witches point think about 9 washed away off the rocks as an old fisherman i always keep one eye on the sea ,any way love the light colours and compo top shot,
Cracking image Alun
Thanks a lot. Over the years I"ve seen two togs lose their equipment (painful) and have filled my wellies embarrassingly often
Fabulous image, very well done.
another outstanding seascape Alun.
Have a good weekend
Thanks a lot Yung and Tim. It's always a great location for compositions and when the light is with you I'm like a kid in a sweet shop
Masterful, Alun. Super flow and love those reflections in the sand.
After 4 years of service, my £5 remote cable finally rests in a watery Atlantic grave.........could have been worse though, much worse
Thanks Stu. A good level of service for tbe outlay and salt and water will get all equipment in the end! My sacrificial tripod is nearly done for too
It is a stunning location Alun and I expect you to come away from there with treasures galore...you have not disappointed
