One late flowering bud

By GwailoAngMo
In London we are lucky to have Kew Gardens. In the spring of 2004 we took advantage of some decent weather to enjoy the blossom which was to be seen in abundance.

The single pink bud among all the other opened flowers would soon unfurl into the dazzling white of its companions.

I am not much cop at close ups or macro photography, but sometimes I make a mistake and produce a passable effort.
